The apartment we stayed in had a very impressive interior decor, with outstanding bathroom facilities. the cleanliness and comfort were beyond praise. the host was friendly and provided great recommendations for dining out. the location was ideal for exploring the city, with the city center and central station within walking distance.

The wifi connection was quite slow, making it difficult to stream videos.

This stunning apartment was mind-blowing! Only a 10-minute walk from the train station, its location was super convenient. We loved the 15/20-minute stroll to the center, and the staff's great communication made check-in a breeze. The apartment felt like a home away from home, with excellent kitchen facilities, a comfortable bed, great shower, and efficient air conditioning. Despite being on a main road and tram line, it was surprisingly quiet. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, just a 20-minute walk from all the jaw-dropping main attractions. Plus, the modernized and well-equipped flat was perfectly isolated, with no noise from the street. The host was super friendly, even helping us negotiate a parking fee. This really nice apartment was conveniently close to the train station and the city's sites. We could walk to the cathedral in just 15 minutes, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and comfy, with good air conditioning. Communication was easy, and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

The communication with the host was excellent and they even provided parking recommendations, which can be difficult to find in this city. The location was convenient, with a gelati shop next door and a restaurant nearby. this place exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I always come back to this place for my stay in Florence. The staff helped me find my lost ring on my first stay and I remember that. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, Dryer, Electric kettle, and Cookware/ Kitchen utensils. Perfect for my city break.

My stay at Appartamenti Fortezza Da Basso was fantastic. The apartment was beautifully designed and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious. I loved the little balcony with views of the typical Italian courtyard. The host was exceptionally helpful and provided great recommendations for dining out. Despite having no staff, I felt well taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant experience in a quieter area of Florence.
